 The first article that I read was Be a Mirror . This article talked about how you should give feedback the same way a mirror gives feedback. A mirror's job is to reflect back what there is without judgement. This is saying that when we give feedback on writing, to make sure to not include negative comments about their blog. You are to be specific, focus on what the reader is doing, focus on the process, make sure it can transfer, and to take yourself out of the feedback. The second article that I read was the difference between praise and feedback . This talks about how giving positive praise to children for doing something is helpful in the fact that it will motivate them to continue wanting to learn. In doing this though, many parents tell them that they are doing a good job when in fact they could be doing a half good job. This will make the children have a lower bar for standards and end up hurting them. Mirror

 I think that the best route for me to go would be to choose the topic of Indra the Thunder God. I think I will be able to be the most creative with this path while having fun with it. The first story that I could write about is Indra the thunder god either tagging along with Thor or going against him. A very cool story could be made out of this duo and it would be fun to try to create a good one. The second story I could do is writing about Indra's adventures. There is a lot of adventure that would give great ideas for alternate stories. The third story I could do is write about Indra's enemies.  King Dasharatha wants Rama to succeed him as king. He only fears that Rama will renounce the world and become a forest rishi. Because he has suspicion about Rama, Dasharatha sends Vashishtha to ask Rama is he really wants to renounce the world. Rama understands that whenever one renounces the world, it is basically the same as renouncing God. He then told Vashishtha that he is ready to become king.  Word gets around about Rama to be the next king which upsets Manthara, the maid of Kaikeyi. Manthara then pursuades Kaikeyi to use her boons, that Dasharatha had promised her, to have Rama exiled.  Dasharatha honors his word and exiles Rama. Rama did not try to retaliate and agrees to this exile, but he wasn't the only one to leave. Once Rama's wife, Sita, and his brother, Lakshmana, heard of this exile, they immediately said that they would join Rama in his exile.  During Rama's exile, Lakshmana did not sleep but protected Rama and Sita throughout the night. Lakshmana guarded Sita and Rama and did not sleep at all in exile, but his wife Urmila slept for him. Dasharatha grieves for Rama even when he is the one that sent him to exile. Bharata and Shatugha returned and learned that Rama was send to exile and did not like it. They then go visit him to bring news of their fathers death. Bharate begs Rama to end his exile but he is to honor his father even after his death. Rama visits Sutikshna and Sharabhanga Viradha attacks but Rama and Lakshmana defended Sita and listened to the rakshasa to free him from that existence Sita visits Anasuya, the wife of the rishi Atri.  Ravana Sings for Shiva Ravana uses his own body parts to create a veena, a musical instrument. He played this instrument for Shiva and Shiva was so impressed that Ravana was gifted a sword that was crescent shaped. Shiva Rewards Ravana Shiva let Ravana wish for a gift. Ravana wished to be with a girl he saw which ended up to be Shiva's wife. He had to grant the wish so he duped an animal for him. Meghanada, Ravana's and Mandodari's son, became a warrior in his fathers war and ambushed Indra, King of the Devas. Shurpanakha, Mandodari's sister, told her husband to swallow Ravana. Vidyutijva obeyed and swollowed Ravana, but Shurpanakha cut him out. Vishrava, Ravana's father, was a brahmin; his father, Pulastya, mind-born son of Brahma. Vishrava becomes Kubera Yama, God of Death, was attacked by Ramana.  The Devas, Indra, Yama, Kubera, and Varuna hide from Ramana by hiding as animals  Rambha gets raped by Ravana,  Ravana encounters Vedavati, dedicated to the God Vishnu...
